i like cold weather! even tho its sooOo uncomfortable! but its perfect varsity jacket weather! i lOoOoOve it! cuz it keeps me warm! hahaha

tuesday we had a race and it was all muddy!my new racing shoes are all nasty muddy now! but i wish it was like thunderstorming tho! that would have been tyoOote and hardcore to run in that weather! fun stuff being cold! placed 12 on tuesday and had a pretty good time 5:58 pace but i lost to victor!... gives me a very good idea for personal statement!

o man! today was mariner invitational and wel..so frustrating!!
missed medalling by so little! its killing me! i lost by .4 of a second!!
that guy in front of me is all happy now of good cheer...but me...i missed medalling to that one guy! grr him: his name is ryan Carroll..this guy cant believe it! it wasnt a good race for me tho...got like this messed up feeling in the middle of the race where my heart is and so i lost my space to RYan Carroll at the last second..i still did alright beat my time of last year by 2:40 and finished 20:22..owell its alright i guess

wel..this weekend.started off with friday and LC...i love playing with carl andrew and scott..so good and easy for me to play!..then saturday..SAT i think i did good but wel..iono..i say that and im gonna be wrong..but lately ive just been thinking...college is coming up and dude after this year i might be away from all my friends and family! it makes me soo scared and sad. i dont wanna leave everything behind!

sunday and monday day off! yay!! ran two times in a row at hayward high for NCS..hopefully i can reach my goal of making it! i want it soo badly..if not its kool but it would be real nice! hahaah i watched this movie today called prefontaine and it really makes me want to become the best pumped me up!

ran against all the teams in BCL like university berean college prep and head royce...those teams all made it to state last year...and i placed 24th today. 19:27 time for a cool day in SF flat course and 3.1 miles. 6:16 pace.

so slow today..i did pretty bad..1423..not good...

it was fun afterward tho! ate some hamburguers andwhooped in some football and capture the flag! ahahha and remember raymond's mountain! hahaha hecka funny! then after the party and everything we went out to eat buffet! new china..surprising..its actually pretty good! but now i feel kinda sick cuz i ate too much
